We're a team of passionate individuals who share a common goal: to push the boundaries of what's possible and make a lasting impact on the world. **The Role** As a Process Frameworks Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and delivering actionable insights to our teams. You will work closely with our Stage Services and Tasks group to design and develop pivotal process tooling at scale. Your expertise will help us empower teams to deliver high-quality software through top-tier design experiences, efficient processes, and data-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop process tooling at scale to drive efficiency and quality improvements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions * Analyze data to extract insights and inform process improvements * Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends * Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization * Work with data researchers and full-stack engineers to develop targeted insights through interactive dashboards using Scene * Integrate insights into teams' dynamic monitoring and feedback cycles * Monitor the results of your contributions and regularly report on wins and challenges to senior leadership **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field * 2+ years of professional experience in software development, data analysis, or technical project management * Strong understanding of SDLC and Quality Management * Ability to blend key performance metrics, present strategy and process suggestions to all levels of management * Experience investigating and reporting processes into process graphs * Working with data; querying and representation, the presentation of quantitative data, using Scene * Driving client interactions; open to presenting to groups, gathering and implementing feedback **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced knowledge of data analysis, statistical measures, and principles of engaging analysis, including advanced Scene development * Proven history of influencing positive results across a distributed organization with formal hierarchical change methods * Knowledge of DevOps metrics, and LEAN software delivery principles * Programming experience; understanding of form pipelines, combining, test frameworks and strategies, and the delivery of code **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $20-30/hour * Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment * Collaborative and inclusive company culture * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and process improvement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
