Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions Analyze customer behavior to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions Optimize content launch and episode release methodology Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to drive business forward Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in data analysis and a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field. You should have at least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python. Additionally, you should have experience with statistical analysis and machine learning methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
