Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and guide content acquisition and marketing strategies. Optimize the content launch and episode release methodology to maximize engagement and retention. Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance, providing actionable insights for strategic and tactical navigation. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning. Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as R and/or Python. Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more. Proven ability to work independently, applying creativity and analytical skills to solve complex problems. Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex results through verbal, written, and visual communication.
