Job Summary As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in the execution, optimization, and standardization of the company's cost and resource allocation models. Key Responsibilities Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal teams and functional partners Support the coordination of high-priority projects that standardize and optimize financial cycles across the organization Support internal business workflows, such as management costing, workforce management, and resource planning Work with different data systems and provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and resolve metrics-based issues Document workflows related to key processes, data collection, and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes Collaborate with Data Architects and system architects to support documentation and implementations of database designs Develop strategic decision-making frameworks and write scripts that help us automate and scale Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and creating compelling messaging for executive audiences Support Planning and Delivery Activities with ad-hoc requests from our partners Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or technical fields A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science Experience working with data and data manipulation software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet Understanding of social database design and capability Strong mathematical and analytical skills You are a demonstrated self-starter and you provide strong strategic fitness, unwavering insight, and conveying, and exceptional direction Successful collaboration and time management skills You bring a strong attention to detail, with a ability to take a step back and grasp the big picture You have excellent written and oral communication skills A demonstrated ability to work with engineering delivery teams to discuss technical concepts Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, or possibly AirTable Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced degree in a technical field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools Certifications in data analysis, data science, or related fields Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
