Key Responsibilities Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that encourages children to learn and fall in love with dance. Teach dynamic dance and gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching methodology, adapting your instruction to meet the diverse needs of our students. Utilize your background knowledge of dance basics, including Ballet, Tap, and Hip Hop, to craft engaging lesson plans that promote skill development and creativity. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel as a Dance Instructor at The Little Gym, you'll need: A background in dance, child development, physical education, or gymnastics, with a strong foundation in dance techniques such as Ballet, Tap, or Hip Hop.
