You will be responsible for processing customs documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a remote data entry position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Process customs documentation, including import and export declarations, certificates of origin, and commercial invoices * Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customs transactions * Work closely with external stakeholders, including government agencies, customs brokers, and freight forwarders, to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customs transactions, including documentation, shipments, and payments * Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to customs and trade * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international business, logistics, or supply chain management * At least 6 months of experience in a customs or trade-related role, preferably in a logistics or transportation company * Strong knowledge of customs regulations, including Harmonized System (HS) codes and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with customs software, such as Customs Brokerage Software (CBS) or Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) * Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations, including the Tariff Act and the Customs Modernization Act * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Ability to learn and adapt to new customs regulations and procedures **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** blithequark is committed to the growth and development of our employees, and we offer a range of training and development programs to help you achieve your career goals.
