Our team is passionate about what we do, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our values and enthusiasm. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, government agencies, and internal teams * Processing and arranging customs clearance for shipments, using data from various sources, including databases, SOPs, duty books, and the web * Handling and processing different import-related documentation for submission to US Customs, as well as managing PGA (Participating Government Agencies) interactions * Maintaining and updating shipment documentation in accordance with all record-keeping requirements * Complying with all international importing and exporting regulations * Collaborating with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver a high level of service and support * Processing organizational financier shipments * Managing distant filings, as required * Ensuring all service and operational strategies are followed * Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration) * No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred * Proficiency in data entry and computer skills * Required skills and tools: + MS Office + Viewpoint + Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner) * Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills * Organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to use various systems and reference materials * Collaborative and customer-focused approach **Preferred Qualifications:** * HS Certificate or GED * Industry experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field * Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures * Experience working with government agencies and international clients * Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
