Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively resolve disputes, process orders, and create shipping labels. Additionally, you will utilize your creative skills to design compelling graphics, write engaging copy, and manage our social media presence. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues Manage sales inquiries, process orders, and create shipping labels using DHL and UPS shipping label applications Troubleshoot customer problems with our products, preventing and resolving disputes on platforms such as PayPal and Stripe Calculate the price of products, create renders and mockup designs using Photoshop and Illustrator, and work with AI tools to create new content Manage social media outreach to influencers, create engaging copy, and design compelling graphics to enhance our online presence Conduct follow-up and sales calls to drive sales growth and expand our customer base Utilize Slack and Gorgias app to streamline communication and collaboration with our team Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative support to our customers Essential Qualifications Advanced level English proficiency (C1-C2) Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, with a strong track record of resolving customer issues and improving customer satisfaction Advanced proficiency in managing and operating Shopify, with experience in processing orders and managing inventory Experience with DHL and UPS shipping label applications, with the ability to create and manage shipping labels efficiently Strong sales skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and expand our customer base Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes and negotiate with customers and suppliers Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and basic skills in Illustrator, with the ability to create compelling graphics and designs Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and manage documents and spreadsheets efficiently Experience with Slack and Gorgias app, with the ability to streamline communication and collaboration with our team Ability to manage social media accounts effectively, with experience in creating engaging content and managing social media outreach Preferred Qualifications Experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital payment platforms Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in content creation and customer support Experience in managing and analyzing data, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to improve customer support and sales performance Strong understanding of worldwide addresses and geographical locations, with the ability to navigate and manage international shipping and logistics Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a strong sense of flexibility and resilience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
