Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, your primary focus will be on serving as the first line of technical support for our consumer and business customers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Taking on complex call types ranging from service support and billing to retention and repair, and adeptly shifting between these call types as needed. Troubleshooting technical issues with ease, requiring an in-depth understanding of our products and services, including how they work and how to resolve technical issues efficiently. Handling various customer inquiries, including wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service. Troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements, considering factors like network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning, and billing. Assisting customers with products and services, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, initial setup, configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications. Proactively engaging with our T3 support team (network and IT) to address and resolve issues, ensuring that our customers receive comprehensive support. Remaining proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers. Work from Home Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have a reliable and dedicated workspace at home that meets our WFH standards. This includes: Verified internet service that is secure, reliable, and dedicated with high speed to support business needs. An established dedicated work area with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection. arenaflex will provide the necessary equipment, including a keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc. Maintaining your workspace in alignment with our WFH standards, including technical, security, physical, noise levels, and adhering to our Clean Desk policy. Participating in workspace audits, which may include remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of your workspace setup, video chats, etc. Being available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, following technical support processes, and complying with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, and recurring management routines. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel as a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you should have: Essential: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of customer service or sales work experience, familiarity with Windows computers, and an ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance.
