As a customer-centric organization, we are now seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely 20 to 25 hours a week. Job Overview As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in assisting our existing and new customers with answering questions about the pool services we offer. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, engaging with new and existing customers on services, and overseeing the route optimization for technicians. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our customers' trust and help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent pool service. Key Responsibilities Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat Identifying customer needs and helping customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users) Updating our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance Informing customers about new offers or services Following up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved Gathering customer feedback and sharing with technician teams Overseeing the route optimization for technicians Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role. Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus, but not required. You should also have an understanding of how CRM systems work, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask. Patience when handling challenging customers and situations is also essential.
