Our four world-class all-in-one legal practice management platforms – PracticePanther, Bill4Time, MerusCase, and LollyLaw – are complemented by payments and accounting solutions powered by Headnote and TrustBooks. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our customer, providing high-level support via phone, chat, and email to resolve client inquiries in a timely manner. You'll work closely with our product and development teams to identify bugs, relay feedback, and mitigate client requests and issues professionally. If you're a patient, empathetic, and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide high-level support via phone, chat, and email to resolve client inquiries in a timely manner * Identify and resolve client issues and concerns * Establish and maintain strong customer relationships * Improve client retention through proactive support and issue resolution * Diagnose bugs and communicate customer issues and requests to the development team * Work with the latest cloud support systems, including Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, and G Suite * Perform other duties as assigned by the management team **Work Schedule** As a remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll work a flexible schedule with core hours between 10 am and 7 pm EST, 9 am and 6 pm CST, or 7 am and 4 pm PST. This allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering exceptional support to our clients. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of customer support experience in a SaaS environment * 2+ years of experience working with cloud-based support systems, including Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, and G Suite * Knowledge of the legal industry is advantageous, but not required * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders * Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new software and systems * Data-driven individual with a strong analytical mindset * Self-motivated, diligent, and able to inspire others * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks * Personable and enjoy working in a client-facing role * Ability to discuss technically detailed processes and integrations with customers who are both tech-savvy and non-technical **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages work-life balance, professional growth, and collaboration.
