About the Role As a Home Advisor at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative of our brand, providing unparalleled customer support to our valued customers via phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to blithequark customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and memorable. Assist customers with inquiries related to blithequark products, services, and software, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions. Utilize blithequark's internal tools and resources to efficiently resolve customer issues and escalations, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality assurance standards. Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and troubleshooting steps, showcasing your technical proficiency with blithequark products and services. Maintain a high level of technical knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest blithequark products, services, and software. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, working a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Requirements To succeed as a Home Advisor at blithequark, you'll need: Previous customer service experience in a call center or support environment, preferably with a technical background. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language. Technical proficiency with blithequark products and services, including iOS, macOS, and iCloud. The ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
