Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to cross-functional teams as needed. Educate customers on the features, functionality, and benefits of blithequark Home products, empowering them to make informed decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues, share feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes. Stay up-to-date on product updates, promotions, and support processes to provide accurate and timely assistance. Continuously meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate. Requirements & Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for technology and a genuine desire to help customers.
