Your role will involve: * Listening carefully to customer concerns and evaluating each situation to provide the most effective solution * Handling a high volume of customer interactions, including emergency situations, with empathy and professionalism * Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary * Collaborating with our team to share knowledge and best practices * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support **Schedule and Compensation** * Flexible schedule opportunities – you schedule your hours! * Client hours of operation are open 24x7, with day, night, and weekend hours available * Competitive compensation rate of $0.28 per customer interaction minute, with a minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per available hour * Bilingual contractors will earn a rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute, with a 48-minute minimum guarantee * Equivalent hourly rates of $12.60 - $16.80 for English-speaking contractors and $14.88 - $18.60 for bilingual contractors **Requirements and Qualifications** * Caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor * Strong customer service skills, including active listening and multi-tasking * Ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations * Ability to reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls * Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required * Contractors on the bilingual queues will need to be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish or English and French **Tech Requirements** * Quiet, uninterrupted environment during all working hours * Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS * Wired internet connection to be used during tech setups, while attending education classes, and while working * Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used * Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date * Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted) * Contractors must have a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the modern customer experience.
