Manage cash transactions, calculate charges, and balance daily transactions. Check in baggage and freight, answer phone calls, and provide information to customers. Handle issues related to oversold flights, delayed or canceled flights, lost or damaged baggage. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, reservations, and other travel-related inquiries. Complete forms and reports as required by the organization. Write exception and grievance reports as necessary. Perform other work-related tasks as directed by management. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including typing and keyboard skills. Ability to work under stressful conditions, meeting tight deadlines and achieving high productivity.
