About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. You will interact with our global customers in our gates and at doors, assisting them with tagging, baggage, welcoming customers as they begin and end their journey, and doing it all with a smile. You will provide comfortable, professional, confident, and prompt service to help resolve customer travel issues and make their experience unforgettable. Key Responsibilities Receiving and directing incoming calls, welcoming, and advising customers, tagging, and handling baggage Scheduling tickets, determining fares, and directing to ensure passenger's travel needs are met Collaborating with customers in a kind and helpful manner to create memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and engagement Anticipating and exceeding customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we have disappointed a customer Working every day with a safety mindset by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent diploma Minimum of 18 years of age Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Spanish Comfortable working with computers, smartphones, and new technologies Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift, as well as lift and handle baggage Ability to travel to different countries for training Ability to work ANY shift that is assigned to you within a 24-hour, 7-day a week operation which can include late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays Legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship Ability to meet the Company membership standards and uniform and appearance standards Hold a valid passport and U.S. visa Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications will assist you in standing out from the crowd: Prior airline, travel, or hospitality work experience Bachelor's degree Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
