Job Overview We are looking for two talented customer support representatives to work as a team, providing 7-day coverage to our clients. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, working closely with our overseas admin team, and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets. This is a remote online position, offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of support tickets Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Contribute to the development and improvement of our customer support processes, suggesting innovative solutions and ideas Work closely with your teammate to ensure 7-day coverage, including rotating weekends and flexible scheduling Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices Essential Qualifications Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and task management abilities, with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of success Familiarity with modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA Experience working in a remote or online environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your workload Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to think critically and outside the box Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
