Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills. Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless support operations, including handling listings and support tickets. Work independently with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for your work and meeting performance expectations. Participate in scheduling and planning to ensure 7-day-a-week coverage, with a focus on providing flexible and reliable support. Contribute to the development of support processes and procedures to enhance customer experience and team efficiency. Essential Qualifications: Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in customer support or a related field, although not required. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take responsibility for your work. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with customer support software, such as Zendesk, Slack, or JIRA. Familiarity with remote work environments and experience working with distributed teams.
