Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer care via telephone, email, and chat channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries. Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, offering personalized support and guidance. Offer expert guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions, staying up-to-date on industry developments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner. Superb interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions. Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work independently with minimal supervision, staying motivated and focused in a remote work setting. Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate online tools and systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
