Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, while also identifying opportunities to improve our products and services. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Answering customer questions and concerns via live chat, phone, or email * Providing concise and effective information to customers, while also being empathetic and understanding * Identifying and resolving customer issues, such as faulty products, shipping issues, or service complaints * Flagging major pain points to a liaison, who will convey the information to other departments to help improve our products and services * Participating in on-the-job training, including technical training, policy training, and soft skills training * Engaging with opportunities to touch up and improve your skills, while also sharing your expertise with colleagues **Qualifications** We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a love for customers and their experience with our products.
