About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team, providing top-notch support to our active process servers. As a Partner Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our process servers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, managing work distribution, and addressing performance concerns. This full-time position requires weekend shifts and is located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility of remote work. Key Responsibilities Answer inquiries and resolve issues from process servers in a timely and professional manner Oversee the distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service Utilize our in-house application, Skye, to manage orders, track progress, and ensure seamless fulfillment Monitor process server status to ensure they are in good standing and able to accept and complete work, maintaining high standards of performance Obtain status updates on orders via phone calls, fax, or court docket, and follow up with process servers as needed Collaborate with team members to identify and address broken processes or inefficiencies in daily tasks, driving continuous improvement Resolve issues on the task board in Skye, ensuring prompt attention to process server concerns and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong customer service or IT experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with legal process, although not essential, is a definite plus, and a willingness to learn and adapt to our unique business Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), with the ability to quickly learn our in-house application, Skye What We Offer At arenaflex, we believe that our employees are the key to our success, and we're committed to providing a comprehensive range of benefits to support your well-being and career growth.
