Collaborate with internal teams, including product and sales, to pass on customer feedback and insights, informing product development and ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of our users. What We Look for in a Candidate To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values and customer-centric approach. These include: Essential Qualifications Experience in streaming with arenaflex or similar platforms, with a deep understanding of video content creation and the streaming ecosystem. Familiarity with going live to RTMP or popular social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, or Twitch. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering outstanding customer support experiences and a keen interest in continuous improvement. Proficiency in both verbal and written English language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in an additional language such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German is a plus. Experience using a Help Desk platform, such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshworks, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. Ability to multitask, handle multiple client conversations simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Resourcefulness, flexibility, and a strong sense of accountability, with a willingness to take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution. Availability to work assigned shift rotations as needed, with a flexible approach to scheduling and a commitment to ensuring seamless customer support. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote work setting, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently. Familiarity with the video content creation industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices. Experience with data analysis and metrics, with the ability to inform customer support strategies and optimize processes. Certifications or training in customer support, communications, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
