Job Overview We are looking for two talented customer support representatives to work together as a team, providing 7-day coverage to our valued customers. The ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational skills, task management abilities, and a kind, helpful demeanor when interacting with customers. As a native U.S. English speaker, you will be the voice of blithequark, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Collaborate closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless handling of listings and support tickets Manage your workload independently, taking responsibility for your tasks and ensuring timely completion Work with your teammate to develop a schedule that provides 7-day coverage, including weekends (Sundays: morning shifts only) Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge of our products and services Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent organizational and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively Native U.S. English speaking skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our overseas admin team and your teammate Self-motivation and independence, with the ability to work with minimal supervision Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following skills and experience will be advantageous: Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment Familiarity with modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA Experience working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication Basic technical skills, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Communication skills: clear, concise, and professional communication with customers and team members Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions Time management skills: ability to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines Adaptability: ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including new products, services, and processes Teamwork: ability to work collaboratively with your teammate and our overseas admin team to achieve common goals Career Growth Opportunities: At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
