Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and closing out maintenance orders, verifying details of completed work, and providing cross-functional support in logistics and system operations as needed. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely after completing an initial training period at our office location in Green Bay, WI, and requires a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. It is essential that candidates live within a 45-minute to 1-hour commute from Green Bay, WI, to ensure ease of access for the initial training phase. Key Responsibilities Assist in screening and monitoring orders within the system to ensure accuracy and timely completion. Collaborate with technicians to facilitate order closeouts, addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise. Manage internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and processed efficiently, minimizing delays and enhancing customer satisfaction. Perform data entry tasks to update information accurately and maintain system integrity. Generate reports and update trackers as necessary to support operational insights and decision-making. Provide assistance with logistics and system-related issues, demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving problems and improving processes. Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email with internal and external customers, offering professional and courteous support. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, candidates should possess: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar environment, showcasing ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams. Effective oral and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with diverse stakeholders. The ability to follow through on tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Independence in work, coupled with a willingness to research and suggest creative solutions to challenges. Adaptability and a quick learning ability, essential for grasping new instructions and adapting to change. Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, facilitating efficient data management and communication. The capacity to work under pressure and respond with urgency when necessary, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required, demonstrating commitment to supporting our 24/7 operations. Schedule and Compensation The role involves an initial in-person training period at our Green Bay, WI office, operating on a Monday to Friday, day shift schedule. Upon completion of training, the candidate will transition to a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of $15.00, supplemented by a $2.00 shift differential for night shift work.
