Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: Assisting with the screening and monitoring of orders within our system to ensure timely and accurate processing. Supporting technicians with order closeouts, ensuring that all necessary steps are completed efficiently. Handling internal escalations to guarantee that orders are accepted and processed without delay. Updating information through precise data entry, maintaining the integrity of our records. Running reports and updating trackers as necessary to keep our operations informed and on track. Providing assistance with logistics and system-related issues, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Managing inbound and outbound communications via calls and emails with both internal and external customers, offering professional and courteous support. About the Position and Work Arrangement This role offers the opportunity to work remotely after completing an initial training period at our office location in Green Bay, WI. To be eligible for this position, you must have a reliable internet connection, a dedicated workspace, and reside within a 45-minute to 1-hour commute from Green Bay, WI. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, providing a foundation for further learning and development. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Effective oral and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas simply and professionally. The ability to follow through on tasks, multi-task with ease, and meet deadlines without compromising quality. A self-motivated individual who can work independently, with the willingness to research and suggest innovative solutions to challenges. Adaptability and a keen ability to learn quickly, grasping new instructions and systems with ease. Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, facilitating efficient data management and communication. The capacity to work under pressure, responding with urgency when situations demand it, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Flexibility in your schedule, including the willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary to support our 24/7 operations. Schedule and Compensation The training period for this role will be conducted in-person at our Green Bay, WI office, Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule. Upon completion of the training, you will transition to a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00, plus a $2.00 shift differential for night shifts, recognizing the unique demands of this schedule.
