Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via live chat or email to resolve their problems and provide timely support Continuously learn about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to provide expert guidance and support to our customers Summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest new ways of product improvement to our development team Perform non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests Collaborate with the team to build a system and processes for future CS team members, helping to establish a robust and efficient support infrastructure Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts at a high level. You should enjoy talking to people, be patient, and have a passion for solving problems.
