About the Role: Customer Support Representative We're seeking a highly motivated and solution-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer success squad, you will be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our SaaS products and services. Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding blithequark's products and services in a timely and professional manner. Interact with customers, the Customer Success Manager, and the sales team to handle a variety of post-sales service functions, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Provide ongoing support to customers on website navigation, technical issues, and other product-related queries, enhancing their overall user experience. Log all calls and support requests accurately in our system, ensuring that customer interactions are well-documented and easily accessible. Work independently and manage your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards. Requirements & Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of inbound customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, where you've demonstrated your ability to handle customer inquiries with poise and professionalism. Excellent communication skills - in-person, phone, and written - with the ability to articulate complex solutions simply and clearly. Strong PC skills, including proficiency in standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce is a significant plus. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet performance goals. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic SaaS environment, where adaptability and a customer-centric approach are paramount. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, which can enhance your ability to manage customer interactions efficiently. Compensation, Perks, & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: An hourly rate of $19-$22 per hour, plus an uncapped performance-based commission.
