You'll be trained directly by our founder, Vasco Cavalheiro, and will have the opportunity to learn our software product inside and out. With a limited number of support requests per day, you'll have the time to focus on learning the system, getting familiar with the product, and developing a deep understanding of our platform. **Key Responsibilities** - Learn the software product and start answering support questions - Help write and maintain the help center documentation - Test the product and report any issues you find, as a way to get familiar with it - Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve product issues - Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our platform's features and functionality - Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support **Essential Qualifications** - Fluent, native-like English is essential, as you'll be writing to customers and writing documentation in English - Familiarity with software products, web hosting products, and preferably online course platforms would be ideal - Basic understanding of how DNS works would be a huge plus, especially familiarity with setting up the DNS for a website using CNAME and CAA DNS records - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience with customer support software and tools would be a plus **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience working with online course platforms, software products, or web hosting services - Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and learning management systems (LMS) - Knowledge of DNS and its applications in web development - Experience with customer support and ticketing systems - Certification in customer support or a related field would be a plus **Job Perks and Conditions** - Competitive salary of $300 USD per month, negotiable - Full-time job as a freelancer, with the flexibility to work from home and in your own timezone - Flexible schedule, with 8 hours of work per day, most of which can be completed in the morning and afternoon of your timezone - 20 days of leave per year, with the option to take additional time off with prior approval - Opportunities for career growth and professional development - Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals - Access to cutting-edge technology and tools to support your work - Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we value diversity, inclusivity, and creativity.
