Key Responsibilities Telephone Support: Perform scheduled telephone support, ensuring that customer questions are answered completely and professionally. Commit to performing research and follow-up as needed, resolve open issues, and log each contact and resolution in the appropriate ticketing system. E-mail & Chat Support: Answer and complete all assigned messages or contacts as scheduled, addressing all customer questions and issues. Properly enter customer information and resolution in the ticketing system. Skill Improvement: Continually strive to improve cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attend all training classes and complete assigned exercises to enhance your skills and knowledge.
