Job Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative and Contact Center Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing professional, caring, and responsive support to our customers through various channels. Your key responsibilities will include: Telephone Support : Perform telephone support as scheduled, ensuring that customer questions are answered completely and in a professional manner. Commit to performing research and follow-up, resolve open issues, and log each contact in the appropriate ticketing system. Email and Chat Support : Perform email and chat support as scheduled, answering and completing all assigned messages or contacts. Ensure that all customer questions and issues are addressed in the reply, and properly enter customer information and resolution in the appropriate ticketing system. Skill Improvement : Continually strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills necessary to perform the job. This includes proficiency with supported products, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attend all training classes and complete any exercises assigned to enhance your skills and knowledge. Communication : Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager. Communicate trends, issues, and appropriate solutions to supervisors and management to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support. Support Coworkers : Provide procedural advice and assistance to other representatives to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively. Help maintain and ensure positive working relationships with support clients and provide all support functions within the guidelines of the contact center and client policies and procedures. Maintain Productivity Standards : Maintain departmental productivity standards while exhibiting accuracy in the applicable ticketing system. Ensure that all customer interactions are logged and resolved in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Education : High school or equivalent Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, superiors, and business contacts in a professional and courteous manner Communication Skills : Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong listening skills Computer Skills : Intermediate to advanced computer skills with emphasis on Internet knowledge Customer Care : Aptitude for providing superior customer care Dependability and Adaptability : Must exhibit dependability, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment Math Skills : Basic math skills Creative Thinking : Creative thinking and reasoning ability to resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Promotions : Experience in sales, marketing, or promotions will be considered an asset, as it will enable you to provide more effective support to our customers and promote our products and services.
