We partner with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products. **Job Description** We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Engineer to join our KLA Services team. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for performing Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work of arenaflex inspection & metrology tools at customer sites. Your primary goal will be to maintain the tools in good shape to achieve uptime, MTTR, and MTBF targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work of arenaflex inspection & metrology tools at customer sites * Maintain tool in good shape to achieve uptime/MTTR/MTBF target * Perform tool pre-installation work, including site preparation and post-installation hand-off * Perform SW&HW retrofit/upgrade and tool relocation/installation in some occasions * Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve tool performance * Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure efficient troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering field * 2+ years of experience in a technical support or maintenance role, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry * Strong understanding of inspection and metrology tools, including optics, image processing, and motion control * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree or above in a science or engineering field * Experience with arenaflex inspection & metrology tools and software * Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment * Experience with technical writing and documentation * Familiarity with knowledge management systems and tools **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong technical knowledge of inspection and metrology tools, including optics, image processing, and motion control * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
