Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales and technical outreach teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key client technical objections, and develop strategies to overcome technical barriers. Provide artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) expertise to support the technical relationship with arenaflex's clients, including product briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions that impact client adoption of arenaflex cloud services. Work with clients to demonstrate and model arenaflex cloud product integrations in client/partner environments, suggesting integration strategies, enterprise models, platforms, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on arenaflex cloud. Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events as necessary to ensure seamless support and build strong client relationships. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you will need a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. The following qualifications and skills are essential and preferred for the position: Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, engineering). Four-year degree or equivalent practical experience, with a focus on cloud computing, AI, ML, or related technologies. Experience in virtualization or cloud local designs in a client-facing or support role. Familiarity with large data, AI, and mathematical programming systems (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB). Preferred Qualifications Experience building AI solutions and using specific AI models (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks). Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for mobile, distributed systems. Knowledge of data and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues within organizations. Ability to learn quickly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
