Role and Responsibilities As a Support Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone and chat, managing inbound and outbound customer and partner communications, and overseeing day-to-day interactions via our phone and chat systems. Your strong relationship-building skills will be essential in maintaining a strong connection with our Field Leadership Team and ensuring consistent email interactions with our partners. Manage inbound customer and partner calls and chats, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Make outbound customer and partner calls and chats as needed, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution. Oversee day-to-day communication via phone and chat system, ensuring seamless and efficient interactions with our customers and partners. Engage in consistent email interactions with our partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our processes and procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient execution. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all interactions and tasks. Utilize fast typing skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and interactions simultaneously. Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing atmosphere, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Participate in training of peers and occasional stretch assignments, contributing to the growth and development of our team. Perform data entry and invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Note orders accordingly based on customer/client communication, ensuring seamless and efficient order management. Qualifications and Education Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in customer/vendor communication, preferably in a high-pace call center atmosphere. You should also have experience using CRM software and chat systems, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. Experience in customer/vendor communication, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Experience in a high-pace call center atmosphere (preferred), with the ability to manage multiple interactions simultaneously. Experience using CRM software, with the ability to navigate and utilize our systems effectively. Experience using chat systems, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously. Customer service experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Ability to manage multiple calls simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Ability to deescalate customer situations, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
