**Experienced Customer Support Associate – Veterinary Community Engagement and Platform Support**

Our platform enables veterinary practices to compare and buy from all their vendors in one place, making it easier for them to focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional care to their patients. **The Support Associate Role** As a Support Associate, you will be the face of blithequark, engaging with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our users, ensuring a positive and delightful day-to-day experience on our platform.
