About the Role: Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to a seamless customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Resolving customer issues efficiently, with a focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Providing support to blithequark partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers, to ensure they're equipped to deliver the best possible service. Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, to maintain accurate records and inform future improvements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience, sharing insights and feedback to drive positive change. Identifying and escalating complex issues to the relevant department, to ensure that they receive the necessary attention and expertise. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a track record of delivering exceptional service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Familiarity with blithequark services and the food delivery industry is a plus, but not essential – we're committed to training and developing our team members. Preferred Experience and Qualifications While not essential, the following experience and qualifications will be highly valued: 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of success. Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. A background in a related field, such as customer service or hospitality, can be beneficial.
