Key Responsibilities Offer timely and professional support to arenaflex merchants via email and phone, addressing their technical issues related to inventory and order management, sales tax, and compliance. Meet and maintain outstanding performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and first contact resolution, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Proven experience of at least 1 year in a frontline, outer-facing role requiring email, voice, or message board-type interactions with clients, preferably in a technical support process for web-enabled software products or services. Solid prioritization and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
