Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Associate at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Customer Interactions: Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner via various communication channels, including incoming and outgoing phone calls, email, chat (text and video), face-to-face communication, and other channels as assigned. Order Process Support: Support all components of the order process, including order entry, return process, and customer inquiries, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery. Problem-Solving: Analyze information received from customers and exercise independent problem-solving skills to deliver successful resolutions and exceed customer expectations. Product Knowledge: Continually obtain and retain product knowledge to support customer needs, staying up-to-date on our offerings and services. Reporting and Projects: Prepare various information and reports as requested, and assist in various departmental projects to contribute to the team's success. Representation: Represent Blithequark during meetings and potentially at conventions, exhibits, and events as requested, embodying our company values and culture. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Customer Support Associate at Blithequark, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Previous customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; we're open to training the right candidate. Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and ability to adhere to processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a great customer service attitude, focusing on delivering successful resolutions. Technical Skills: Confident using a variety of computer applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
