As a Support Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that values innovation, creativity, and continuous learning. **About the Opportunity** As an Experienced Customer Support Analyst (Remote), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their experience with arenaflex. You will be responsible for providing Level 1 Support for customers via virtual meetings, chat, and email, as well as representing the customer voice in cross-functional meetings with product, engineering, and design teams. You will troubleshoot complex technical customer issues, contribute to documentation and knowledge base development, and partner with engineering and product teams to drive strategic initiatives focused on customer experience and product improvement. **What You'll Do** * Become a subject matter expert on arenaflex products, including ThoughtSpot and Mode, and provide Level 1 Support to customers via virtual meetings, chat, and email * Represent the customer voice in cross-functional meetings with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure that customer needs are heard and addressed * Troubleshoot complex technical customer issues via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently * Contribute to the development of documentation and knowledge base content to support customers and internal teams * Partner with engineering and product teams to drive strategic initiatives focused on customer experience and product improvement * Provide support to internal arenaflex employees by answering product and troubleshooting-related questions via Slack and email **What You'll Bring** * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role, with a strong background in supporting SaaS products and hands-on experience using SQL for troubleshooting or supporting products utilizing SQL backend * Comfortable working India night shifts, weekends, and holidays (compensatory days off) * Comfortable interacting with customers in multiple geographies, including the US, UK, Europe, and Australia * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and/or R * Proven track record of managing complex technical customer escalations, including customer and internal stakeholder communication * Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer escalations simultaneously * Experience driving bug resolution across product and engineering teams * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor complex technical conversations to technical and non-technical audiences * Alignment with arenaflex values and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the data and analytics space, including working with products like Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization tools * Experience in technical consulting or a related field * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, including ThoughtSpot and Mode **What Makes arenaflex a Great Place to Work?** arenaflex is a leading innovator in the field of AI-Powered Analytics, with a mission to empower every person in an organization to ask and answer data questions, create and interact with data-driven insights, and use these insights to make informed decisions and take action.
