The Job We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team, providing exceptional customer, technical, and product support to our users. As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to customer support tickets, resolving issues, and maintaining expert-level proficiency on our system. You will be an integral part of our 24/7 Customer Support Team, working collaboratively with your peers to ensure seamless support and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Day-to-Day Responsibilities As a Customer Support Agent, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Responding to customer support tickets via email, live chat, and phone calls, building customer rapport and resolving issues efficiently. Contributing to the efficiency of the software support department, supporting team members, and maintaining a high level of expertise on our platform. Troubleshooting technical issues, communicating effectively with customers, and escalating website issues to QA as necessary. Utilizing downtime to complete tasks assigned by Department Leadership or Management, such as File Recs from the service queue. Maintaining a fluctuating volume of incoming tickets and supporting other team members as volume varies. Required Experience and Education To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience providing high-level customer service, preferably in a technology environment or call center. Experience multitasking multiple responsibilities and managing competing priorities. Familiarity with both Microsoft and Mac platforms, as well as various web browsers. Ability to type 40+ words per minute and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent teamwork skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
