Your primary duties will include: * Responding to customer support tickets via email, live chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner, while building strong customer relationships. * Contributing to the efficiency of the software support department, while also supporting your peers to increase overall team productivity. * Maintaining expert-level proficiency on the blithequark platform, confidently resolving issues and providing solutions to customers. * Troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining strong communication with customers throughout the process, and escalating complex issues to our QA team as necessary. * Identifying, testing, and escalating website issues to our QA team as necessary. * Utilizing downtime to complete file records from the service queue or other tasks assigned by Department Leadership or Management. * Maintaining a fluctuating volume of incoming tickets and supporting other team members as volume varies. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Experience providing a high level of customer service, preferably in a technology environment or call center. * Experience multi-tasking multiple responsibilities, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. * Experience with both Microsoft and Mac platforms, as well as a variety of different web browsers. * The ability to type 40+ WPM, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals. **Perks and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive hourly rate of $24.00 * $1000 referral bonuses * 15 PTO days per year * 16 paid holidays per year (5 floating to be used at any time) * Paid day off on your birthday * 5 Days Paid Bereavement Leave * 6 Weeks Paid Parental Leave * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Short and Long Term Disability Insurance * Company-paid Life Insurance * Flexible Spending Account (FSA) * Health Spending Account (HSA) * 401k + match * Employee Stock Purchase Plan opportunities **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we pride ourselves on our dynamic and supportive work environment.
