About the Role As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our retailers, addressing their queries, concerns, and claims in a professional and courteous manner. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our customers, driving loyalty, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Handle 25-30 customer calls daily, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns. Offer basic pricing, discounts, billing, and shipping information to customers, ensuring a seamless experience. Participate in outbound call campaigns as directed by the CC Logistics team, proactively engaging with customers to drive business outcomes. Research and resolve issues related to orders and claims, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services. Populate data and participate in workflow processes within our Customer Experience Relationship Management (CRM) system or equivalent, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence. Support department leadership with dashboard statistics, providing valuable insights that inform business decisions. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as assigned, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and courteously, utilizing our CRM system for issue tracking and resolution reporting. Keep management informed of area activities and significant problems, ensuring transparency and proactive issue escalation. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: 1-2 years of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or context. Baseline ability to 10-key by touch, meeting the industry standard minimum keystrokes requirement. A typing speed of at least 40 WPM, as assessed through a standardized typing test. A flexible schedule, available to work Monday to Friday, 8 hours between 7 AM and 8 PM, with occasional Sunday shifts. A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education. Preferred Skills and Competencies In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to resolve complex customer issues. Proficiency in CRM systems or equivalent, with experience in data management and workflow processes. A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high volume of customer interactions.
