Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term success of our restaurant partners. You will work closely with our highest volume partners to optimize their service, improve customer retention, and drive business growth. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, and we are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Assessing customer needs and providing expert guidance on product features and available options to ensure they are getting the most out of our solutions Designing and implementing customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business Recovering, optimizing, maintaining, and protecting our customers' information on search engines and Google Business Profiles Communicating with other organizations, such as Google Support, to assist our customers' needs and resolve any issues that may arise Scheduling and conducting performance briefings with customers to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching on order optimization Maintaining the highest level of knowledge about our competitors and industry trends to ensure we are always ahead of the curve Reviewing customer business settings and modifying them as needed to optimize their success and drive business growth Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent A minimum of 2 years of industry or related experience, with a strong understanding of the restaurant industry and its unique challenges A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction 1+ years of restaurant experience, with a deep understanding of restaurant operations and the importance of customer success Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with cloud-based POS systems and restaurant management software Knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders A strong customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong sense of flexibility and resilience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
