Key Responsibilities Assist customers in placing online orders and provide support through phone calls, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Process payments securely and maintain the highest level of customer data protection. Proactively support customers, address their concerns, and maintain our brand reputation through excellent service. Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer impact. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
