Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing product support in a professional and empathetic manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide expert guidance and support to our customers. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Experience with live chat tools and CRM software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and respond effectively in fast-paced and dynamic situations. Proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously, with a strong focus on providing personalized support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide empathetic support. 3+ active savings/checkings bank account is required. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration. Previous experience working in a remote environment, with a proven track record of success in a virtual team setting. Certifications or training in customer support, such as customer service certifications or technical support specialties. Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. Strong technical skills, with experience working with a range of software applications and systems.
