Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns, identifying opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and insights to customers. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field (business, communications, or a related field) is preferred but not required. Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, with a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
