About the Job As a Customer Success Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of the Business Banking division within the Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to support clients and resolve moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services via telephone. This role requires a unique blend of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Support clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier client experience while adhering to work rules, policies, and guidelines. Perform routine tasks such as responding to requests, settling issues, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal standards. Seek direction from management and escalate non-routine questions or concerns as necessary while responding to client requests or resolving issues. Resolve client issues in a friendly and respectful manner, expressing empathy and understanding while addressing their concerns. Utilize various computer systems to research client needs, propose solutions, and convey information effectively and accurately, demonstrating the ability to multitask efficiently. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, qualifications, and personal attributes that align with blithequark's high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Essential Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. 2+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing the needs of clients or solving customer issues, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education. Ability to work full-time, including the potential for varied shifts, with a requirement to attend the full term of the required training period. Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to provide solid client service while listening, eliciting information effectively, understanding, and resolving complex client issues. Capacity to collaborate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management. Basic Microsoft Office skills and the ability to navigate different computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information. Experience in delivering results in a fast, deadline-driven environment. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Good attention to detail and precision skills.
