As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a real impact. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager (Technical), you'll be responsible for: * Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at our Enterprise and mid-market merchant customers * Understanding the customers' businesses and needs, and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their business with arenaflex * Developing and executing strategies to reduce churn and grow revenue * Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward and ensure overall customer satisfaction * Providing detailed feedback from merchants to inform product development and drive business growth * Representing arenaflex at a senior level to merchants and stakeholders * Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth * Developing and implementing customer success plans to drive business outcomes * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS or finance-related industry * Proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing churn * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends * Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working with Enterprise and mid-market merchants * Knowledge of finance solutions and industry trends * Experience with product development and launch * Certification in Customer Success or Account Management * Experience with project management tools and methodologies **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to analyze data and identify trends * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills * Ability to represent arenaflex at a senior level to merchants and stakeholders **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
