Your Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving retention, expansion, and advocacy for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with the growth team to own a book of approximately 600-700 customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth Leading onboarding and implementation journeys that align with customers' business goals and objectives Building long-term relationships with stakeholders across marketing, brand, and IT functions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration Acting as a strategic advisor to identify opportunities for increased platform usage and value realization, and providing actionable recommendations to customers Monitoring client health and taking proactive measures to reduce churn and maximize satisfaction, ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes Conducting success reviews, value check-ins, and training sessions with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our platform Identifying patterns across accounts and proposing scalable engagement strategies to drive customer success and growth Providing input into the Growth CS playbook, tooling improvements, and internal processes to continuously improve our customer success operations Your Story To be successful in this role, you should have: 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a related client-facing role, with a proven track record of driving customer growth and retention Experience working with small or mid-market clients in a SaaS or tech-driven environment, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it Comfort managing a large portfolio of customers and prioritizing for impact, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth Confident communication skills, with the ability to balance listening with thought leadership and provide actionable recommendations to customers A results-driven mindset, motivated by customer growth and retention metrics, with a strong desire to make a real difference in the lives of our customers A strong sense of ownership and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve Experience with Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gong), CRM (Salesforce), and data tools is a plus, as well as proficiency in multiple languages (Spanish, French, or German) What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
