With a strong bench of customers already utilizing our platform, we are now looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to play a key role in driving our continued growth and success. Job Overview As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for building and maintaining deep, trusted relationships with our clients, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the successful onboarding and deployment of our platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on our product and best practices in personalization, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts and executives at customer companies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular campaign reviews, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to customers to optimize their use of our platform. Collaborate with the engineering team to successfully onboard and deploy new customers, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption. Act as a subject matter expert on the blithequark product and personalization best practices, providing training and support to customers as needed. Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication, driving customer success and business growth. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue, and product enhancements, using data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement. Demonstrate the ability to balance short-term projects with long-term strategic planning, always looking for opportunities to drive growth and innovation for our customers. Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer success initiatives. Identify, sell, upsell, enable, and manage opportunities with customers, driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the market. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS customer success, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. A thoughtful and empathetic approach to customer relationships, with the ability to understand and address the unique needs and challenges of each client. An analytical mindset, with a focus on uncovering opportunities for customers and driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making. A strong understanding of the AI software landscape, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with a diverse range of customers, with the ability to adapt to different cultures, industries, and business models. Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, roadmaps, and onboarding processes with engineers and product teams. Preferred: Experience working with international customers in a past role, with a strong understanding of the cultural and business nuances of global markets.
