You will work closely with our engineering, product, and operations teams to identify and resolve customer issues, automate repetitive processes, and help prioritize features. Your enthusiasm for digging deep and a flair for sharp technical communication will be essential in communicating roadmaps and technical information to customers, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - **Customer Support and Success**: Work directly with some of our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve issues, provide expert guidance on Redshift Service deployment and utilization, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences. - **Pre-Sales Support**: Assist in pre-sales deals to onboard large-scale customers, providing technical expertise and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our Redshift Service. - **Process Automation**: Automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and enhance the overall customer experience. - **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with business and support teams to prioritize operational issues, communicate roadmaps and technical information to customers, and ensure alignment across teams. - **Technical Expertise**: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the architecture of our systems, customer use-cases, and configurations, and help prioritize features based on customer needs and feedback. **Essential Qualifications** - **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field**. - **Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or success engineering capacity**. - **Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex technical issues**. - **Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud-based data analytics platforms, such as arenaflex Redshift Service**. - **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders**. - **Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects**. **Preferred Qualifications** - **Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field**. - **Experience with arenaflex Redshift Service or similar cloud-based data analytics platforms**. - **Certifications in data analytics, cloud computing, or related fields**. - **Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems**. - **Fluency in multiple languages, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and customer needs**. **Skills and Competencies** -
